А еще Дружинин вошел в состав жюри шоу "Танцуют все" на телеканале "Россия 1". Оно выйдет в эфир 19 марта, заняв место другого знаменитого телепроекта – "Танцы со звездами".
"Что касается причин ухода с "Танцев", то у меня нет и не было никаких претензий к зрителю, за исключением "Битвы сезонов", где все было, как мне кажется, очевидно настолько, что даже продюсеры пошли навстречу и изменили формат голосования", – заверил Дружинин.

Поговаривают, что Егор не захотел распыляться сразу на несколько проектов, ведь на днях запускается четвертый сезон "Танцев". По информации СМИ, продюсеры шоу удивились его решению уйти. "Нас действительно покидает Егор Дружинин. О своем уходе он предупредил всех, однако руководители проекта все равно находятся в замешательстве – замену Егору нужно искать в максимально сжатые сроки, ведь в апреле уже начинаются кастинги", – цитирует представителя телеканала ТНТ сайт Life.ru .

К слову, ранее Дружинин не скрывал от акул пера, что не всегда был доволен Мигелем. После каждого сезона именно темнокожий наставник организует тур танцоров по регионам. Егор считает такую ситуацию несправедливой. "Участники конкурса изначально понимают: даже если ты не победитель, есть шанс попасть в тур "Танцев", который проводится после того, как очередной сезон заканчивается. Танцовщикам хочется продолжения шоу, хочется заработать, приобрести дополнительную популярность и вес в танцевальной среде. Тур организовывает Comedy Club production, но у штурвала стоит Мигель. Его директор, хореографы команды Мигеля и он сам решают, кто поедет в тур, а кто нет. Поэтому участники еще на стадии отбора в шоу могут изначально склоняться в сторону команды Мигеля. Мне это кажется несправедливым. Но думаю, что ситуация меняться не будет", – сообщил Дружинин.
Егор признался, что у них с коллегой бывают сложные моменты в отношениях. "Деремся до первой крови. Кто кому первый "юшку" пустил, тот и забирает себе танцовщика. На самом деле все решается без любви, но полюбовно", – объяснил интеллигентный наставник.
Член жюри и хореограф шоу «ТАНЦЫ» Егор Дружинин принял решение покинуть проект перед стартом четвертого сезона шоу. По словам представителей телеканала ТНТ, он предупредил руководство о своих планах заранее, поэтому расставание прошло без скандалов. Однако теперь команде передачи нужно найти ему замену.
«В настоящее время продюсеры шоу «ТАНЦЫ» ведут поиски нового наставника, стоит задача сделать это в сжатые сроки, так как в апреле уже начинаются региональные кастинги», - рассказали «СтарХиту» в пресс-службе канала.
Позднее Егор Дружинин высказался насчет причин, которые побудили его покинуть проект. По словам хореографа, быть в кресле судьи на шоу - непростая задача, которая требует стальных нервов.
«Я устал. Каждый новый сезон я давал себе обещание не переживать так за своих участников. Но не получается. Азарт и эмоции раздирают на части. И в конце каждого сезона я чувствую себя опустошенным и выжатым, как лимон. Приходится тратить какое-то время на восстановление. А его нет. Ситуация соревнования явно не для меня. Не могу бесстрастно принимать решения по уходу участников, когда с ними работаю. К каждому привыкаешь и прикипаешь. Мое решение, как ни объясняй, - удар для них. Не хочу больше их ранить. Не хочу ранить себя», - заявил Дружинин «СтарХиту».
Во время предыдущих сезонов Егор очень переживал, когда кого-то из ребят, входящих в его команду, хотели убирать из шоу лишь потому, что за танцора не голосовали зрители. По мнению члена жюри, такие ситуации были несправедливыми. Тогда продюсеры передачи приняли во внимание его замечания.
По словам хореографа, изначально формат шоу «Танцы» отличался от других передач, так как в этом проекте одна команда соревновалась с другой под руководством наставников, а зрители голосовали за тех, кто останется, а кто покинет проект.
«Как показывает практика, зрительское голосование не объективно, и дальше продолжать работать в том же духе значит, молча соглашаться с тем, что происходит и наблюдать, как лучшие из твоей команды покидают ее», - так высказался Дружинин по поводу скандальной ситуации в третьем сезоне.
К слову, после финального концерта Егор поблагодарил всю команду и намекнул на то, что его участие в проекте в качестве наставника подходит к концу. «Это был самый веселый и самый грустный сезон. Веселый, потому что было весело. Грустный, потому что все рано или поздно заканчивается. Обожаю своих хореографов. Они всегда готовы подставить плечо. Это я ценю больше всего на свете», - отметил Дружинин.
В данный момент Егор работает над мюзиклом «Джумео». Это уникальная 3D постановка, которая рассказывает историю о Ромео и Джульетте в новом формате. По сюжету, влюбленная пара должна противостоять не только своим родителям, но и фантастическому современному миру.
