Russian-Kazakh deaf youth

With Christophe

Each participant went to the festival in his own direction, and there were a lot of directions:
. The future of science and global education
. Designing the Future: Architecture and Design
. Technologies of the future
. Ecology and health
. New media
. Civic Development Platform
. International cultural space
. Economics for future development
. Global politics and its agenda: how to protect the world
. Industries of the future
. Aviation of the future
. The global rail network: bringing the future closer
The festival venues were the Olympic Park and various objects. Every day there were lectures, panel discussions, master classes, business games, sports and art, music, dance, literature, cinema. It is noteworthy that a festival participant could visit any venue, even not in his field; in this regard, the participants were given freedom.
The festival was attended by various star speakers, for example: Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov, Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova, head of the LDPR faction Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova, Australian motivational speaker with the absence of four limbs Nick Vujicic, French writer Frederick Begbeder, actor Sergei Bezrukov, athletes Elena Isinbaeva, Alexander Karelin, Sergei Karyakin... and many others who explained, taught and inspired us!

Nick Vujicic

Unfortunately, for us, deaf participants, there were no professional Russian Sign Language interpreters, and for Christophe - an International Sign Language interpreter. They provided only two volunteers who knew only a little sign language and, accordingly, complex topics and terminology were not translated as desired. Because of this, there was a shortage and distortion of information; we did not receive it fully, because there were many sites, the deaf dispersed, volunteers were not always with us, and in the end we had to get out ourselves. It’s good that Vera Samsonova and Anna Prokhorenko were hard of hearing, and at some sites they were able to translate themselves.

Vera Samsonova translates for Maxim Barsukov

In the first days of the festival, so many people came, even more than planned, so not everyone had enough equipment. Participants were given polo T-shirts, sweatshirts, vests, caps, bags, Irbis smartphones with festival symbols and gift boxes containing diaries, pens, colored pencils and, most importantly, a badge for a participant in the World Festival of Youth and Students. They also gave out free tickets to attractions at Sochi Park, known as the best amusement park in Russia.

Participant's equipment and kit

It was not so easy to get to the opening and closing ceremonies of the festival. Since Russia was the receiving party, most of tickets were given to foreign participants and guests. As a result, not all Russian participants were able to attend the ceremony; each delegation was allocated a certain number of tickets. And then they were distributed - sometimes by drawing lots, sometimes through selection according to their own internal criteria.
The opening ceremony was designed as a theatrical performance with show elements, with thematic designation of pressing problem areas in the world: ecology, poverty, education, energy, information, science. Russian President Vladimir Putin also made a welcoming speech and announced the opening of the festival. And at closing the main actors The closing ceremony was attended by festival participants, volunteers and music - as one of the main elements that unites people around the world.

Opening ceremony

Each day at the festival was dedicated to certain continents and countries. For example, October 15 was Middle East Day, October 16 was America's Day, October 17 was Africa Day, October 19 was Asia and Oceania Day, and October 20 was Europe Day. And finally, October 21 is Russia Day. On each of these days, the history, politics, art, and culture of those countries located on the selected continents were studied. Literally in the corridors of the huge media center they sang songs, danced, played games and did much more, thereby showing the unity and friendship of peoples.
Despite the fact that there were disadvantages, we all received a lot of impressions from the festival. We gained some experience, new acquaintances (mere communication with Christophe from Jamaica was worth it, and he is also a deaf lawyer in his country), new ideas, emotions, motivation and inspiration! I would like to thank all the organizers of such a cool festival, all the volunteers, speakers, participants and deaf friends who were with us for 10 days! Without all of you, such an unforgettable festival would not have taken place!

Becoming a participant in the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students is an honorable mission. We have already made history for at least the first twenty years of the 21st century! And perhaps as the first deaf participants to participate in such a festival. Of course, we are all proud to have attended this large-scale event. We also went there with the goal of being an example for other deaf people. We wanted to try it on ourselves and show that it is possible for deaf people to attend such international festivals if they only have a strong desire!
We want and encourage deaf youth to apply and participate in various hearing forums and festivals! So that there are more of us deaf people there, so that everyone can see us - and know that our youth are also active and strong in their work. Because it is at events among hearing people that you can see and gain much more knowledge, experience and connections that can help you in further activities. There is no need to be shy about such events, you need to get out of your comfort zone and go against everything! And then the deaf will be equal to everyone else, because together we are strong!
Festival, you are forever in our hearts!

Vera Samsonova,
Head of Smolensk Youth of the Deaf

The event was held in our country for the third time. Previous festivals took place in 1957 and 1985. 30,214 people took part in this festival (12,576 from Russia, 12,638 from other countries (185 in total) and 5,000 volunteers). It is significant that half of the participants are foreigners.

The World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 was held under the slogan:

“For peace, solidarity and social justice, we fight against imperialism - by respecting our past, we build our future!”

Although it must be admitted that this slogan had very little impact on the content of the festival.

It should be taken into account that each festival was held in one or another historical era. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to talk about the era in which we live today, and about the situation in which the whole world and Russia in particular now find themselves, in order to start a conversation about what the World Festival of Youth and Students brought in its anniversary ( the first one took place in 1947) and in the Russian centennial revolutionary year 2017.

TODAY'S DAY

The third generation of people living in a new logic of social behavior has entered life on our planet. It was the second and third generations, represented by the youth of almost all countries of the planet, that were represented at the festival. The change in logic is characterized by the fact that since the middle of the 20th century, the speed (frequency) of information change at the cultural level has exceeded the speed (frequency) of generational change.

Thus, it is no longer enough for current generations to master a certain amount of information for their successful development; now everyone needs to constantly learn so as not to get lost in this ocean of information. That is why two types of people were clearly visible at the festival: thinking people who were consciously or unconsciously in search of methodologically significant information, and another type - people who came to “hang out” and idly spend their time, floating with the flow of life. The latter were the majority at the Festival, as, indeed, so far in our society.

People are also divided according to the type of civilization within which their national culture developed. There are several regional civilizations on earth. Civilizations differ not in their way of life, not in “values,” but in Ideals: the difference is that “values” can be traded, but Ideals cannot be traded; a way of life can be imposed, but Ideals cannot be imposed. Based on the difference in Ideals, three self-sufficient regional civilizations can be distinguished - Western, Eastern and Russian.

Russia differs from many other countries in that it is not just a country, but an entire civilization, consisting of more than two hundred different small and large nations. Special way The development of our civilization attracts thinking foreigners like a magnet, some of whom came in the hope of finding something new for themselves. No wonder in the past Soviet Union for many other countries he was a guiding star burning in the night, and people have not forgotten it.

Actually, the very emergence of the USSR qualitatively changed the life of the entire planet, and those social successes that are today the everyday norm for us and most countries of the world were not achieved thanks to the so-called “democracy” developed countries, but real justice, which, despite all the hardships and hardships, was brought to life by the people of the USSR and representatives of the real Soviet government, which was on the side of the working people.

It's no secret that different regions the planets are on at different levels development. It is clear that the same Africa or a number of Asian countries, not satisfying the needs of the population, first of all, in quality education, as well as food, clothing, housing, find themselves at different levels of development with the inhabitants of the same Europe, Japan and Russia. Therefore, what seems to us to be a lag or a thing of yesterday, for them can be progress and the work of tomorrow in their regions.

There are also alternatives - the Japanese and Chinese projects, announced in 2006 and 2013, respectively, but the Japanese project does not contain a fundamentally new, different from biblical sociology, psychology, economics and management theory, and the Chinese as such is not presented for public discussion at all. But they are not real alternatives precisely because the East does not offer society Ideals that the whole world could follow. But nevertheless, in the East there are prerequisites for this - we are talking, first of all, about Islamic culture. At their core, Islamic and Russian culture are similar, it is not for nothing that they coexist peacefully in Russia. It is not for nothing that the West invests huge amounts of money in supporting terrorism; the main goal is to discredit Islam and ban the Koran as a source of an alternative worldview to the biblical one.

GTU - project of the "Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy"

The Islamic region is the most natural ally for Russia in the world, and among other Islamic countries is Iran, as one of the most educated Islamic powers with the prospect of entering a new concept of development.

RUSSIA

Since ancient times, Russian civilization has been distinguished by its ideal of justice from the life of other civilizations. It is for this reason that from the moment of baptism, which interrupted the original development of Rus', our entire history is a continuous struggle with the Western (biblical based on the usurious purchase of the world) concept imposed both from within by the authorities and by foreign invaders trying to introduce more modern and aggressive modifications from the outside. this concept. For more than a thousand years, Russian civilization has overcome the idealistic atheism of Orthodoxy and the materialistic atheism of Marxism. The attempt to impose liberalism was not successful, since even under Marxism people generally lived better and were confident in the future. Today society is in a state of conceptual uncertainty, and the possibilities of liberalism to fool people are practically exhausted. Moreover, the uniqueness of the moment lies in the fact that the people, in terms of understanding management processes becomes more literate than the “elite”, which has never happened in history.

Vladimir Putin faces the task of maintaining stability under the influence of an often aggressive external environment, inadequate internal governance of statehood and other public institutions, as well as internal changes occurring in society - the irreversible process of mastering management literacy and self-training of a new management personnel corps, which must make a leap into the future.

The complexity of the task lies in the fact that Life requires changes and improved quality of management, but the existing management architecture is not adapted to this. It is impossible to stabilize the situation, as many people dream of. Either we will have to present a new quality of management, or the winds of history will sweep away the existing “managers” like a house of cards.

The current state apparatus is not able to solve even the simplest problems - providing the population with the necessary education, medicine and satisfaction of other demographically determined needs. This was also evident at the festival, organized by Roscongress.

Notes in the margins about Roscongress

The Roscongress Foundation was established in 2007 with the aim of promoting the development of economic potential and strengthening the image of Russia through the organization and holding of congresses, exhibitions and public events. The Foundation forms their content, provides consulting, information and expert support to companies and organizations, and also comprehensively studies, analyzes and covers issues on the Russian and global economic agenda.

Today, the annual program of the Foundation includes events from Montevideo to Vladivostok, which allows you to gather world business leaders, experts, media, government officials on one platform, create the best conditions for discussing and promoting new ideas and projects, as well as assist in the formation of social entrepreneurship and charitable projects.

http://roscongress.org/o-fonde/

It should be noted that the number of participants was more than the declared 25,000, since 5,000 more foreigners came to the festival without invitations.

Roscongress (it seems not a sharashka) was unable to fully cope with the management in an emergency situation: there were queues for check-in, poorly organized food of poor quality in the first days (vegetarians generally had a hard time), queues for accreditation and problems with obtaining it, queues for receiving symbols, poor logistics (even the fact that they hired additional buses did not save us from queues for them), queues at checkpoints, and so on. However, despite large number unregistered participants arrived, the forum organizers showed tact, understanding that this could lead to complications in diplomatic relations, and the participants were understanding (many Russian participants were placed second and third in single and double rooms, respectively). We were able to accommodate everyone. After some time, these memories of everyday inconveniences will be erased, and only the best will remain in memory - touch and participation in something big and significant for the entire planet. But were the organizers, through the Festival, able to present a New Global Agenda for the entire planet? Let's see who they are.

FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS

The quality of the organization is not surprising - since the festival itself is only a mirror of what is happening in the state.

The organizers of WFMS 2017 checked the readiness of the festival infrastructure

The main organizer of the festival on the Russian side is Sergei Kiriyenko. He went through Scientology and is known as a member of Shchedrovitsky’s circle of “methodologists”. The following is an excerpt from the article “The Shchedrovites: who shaped the worldview of Sergei Kiriyenko. Methodologists will deal with Russia's internal policy. Carnegie.ru" with our inserts in the text.

Shchedrovites

Sergei Kiriyenko is a follower of the Russian philosopher Georgy Shchedrovitsky, founder of the Moscow Methodological Circle. Shchedrovitsky began his work in the late 1950s and continued it during the Khrushchev Thaw, Brezhnev's stagnation and Gorbachev's perestroika. Died in 1994.

Methodologists not only and not so much explained reality - they were determined to change the world around them, including society. Back in Soviet times, Shchedrovitsky’s circle conducted so-called organizational and activity games. Their participants were asked to formulate a problem (often arbitrary) and then solve it. Georgy Shchedrovitsky identified the most active players, gave them a chance to speak, and the participants had to defend their point of view and answer provocative questions. The result of the game was a scheme with a solution to the problem. It did not have an author - creativity was considered collective.

Our comment

According to the recollections of one of the circle participants, representative of the “School of Effective Leaders” Valery Lebedev:

“We, through our own (??? - is something missing in the quote?) are preparing personnel. Not cadres (ugh, official party word), but members of the secret Masonic order, with their own ritual, charter and secret super task.

The strength of the SMD methodology (System-Thought-Activity), which Shchedrovitsky had long been developing, was schematization. That is, the representation of any social structure or process in the form of diagrams, blocks, figures and functional connections between them using arrows. Everything became very clear and understandable. Where, what block, who is connected to whom and how, where you need to enter to do this and that. (It is highlighted by us in bold when quoting)"

Let us present one of the keys to understanding what is happening in life, valid at any scale of consideration. There are two ways of thinking:

  • “think”, constructing sequences of states, each of which appears motionless, unchanging, like a frame of a film;
  • think in processes, i.e. It is speculative to see not only states that can really be perceived as motionless at appropriate moments or short intervals of time, but the main thing is to see a process in which states arise in a certain sequence under the influence of a flow of cause-and-effect relationships, in which there is also a hierarchy of various types of controls.

That is why the “current moment” is constantly current. But for those who think in states, what is significant in the phrase “current moment” is that it is a moment, an instant, and accordingly there is a certain immobility in it, and the word “current” is perceived as clarifying, of secondary importance, which can be forgotten without losing the main meaning.

This difference in ways of thinking is one of the criteria for the personnel policy of all orders that are stable in the continuity of generations. Those capable of thinking exclusively in states - can be useful for “orders” only as performers manipulated by these “orders”, who must be protected from manipulation by “orders”-competitors, since the set of states and their sequence, which explains for such “thinkers” the course of the process and its prospects, is asked by those who think in processes, and it is they who are the manipulators in relation to thinking states, since they select certain instantaneous states from the process model and collect them into a sequence that is provided for understanding by the “thinking” sequence of states.

“Thinking” in sequences of states means putting the right hemisphere and imaginative thinking out of work; to think in processes means to develop the skill of coordinated work of the left and right hemispheres, ensuring the unity of process-shaped and discrete-logical thinking.

If we correlate this understanding of two types of thinking with the bold paragraph we highlighted in Lebedev’s quote, then SMD methodology is a manipulation methodology based on providing a set of states and connections-transitions between them, aimed at those who cannot think with processes. But what about the thinking of “methodologists”?

According to Shchedrovitsky, thinking is the highest authority. And people only “work” on its basis, just as computers work on the basis of an operating system or program; in this regard, they are rather passive. Language can be considered one such operating system. Thinking, according to Shchedrovitsky, is always primary in relation to knowledge and practice (in relation to reality):

“First, the means of human thinking must be developed, and then subject or objective knowledge, which is always a consequence of the method and means.”

In this regard, methodologists were interested in pedagogy.

“In the system of pedagogy, a special specialty is emerging: a teacher-designer who develops a model-project of a person in the future society,” reasoned the founder of the Moscow Methodological Circle.

A person seemed to methodologists to be a kind of machine that can and should be programmed for certain functions. This was called "social engineering." Literary critic Ilya Kukulin finds commonality between the philosophy of Shchedrovitsky and the works of the Strugatsky brothers. In most of their novels, the main character is a “progressor” - a person thrown into the past or onto a planet lagging behind in development, who begins to slowly change the world around him.

The participants of the methodological circle (and Shchedrovitsky himself) were the same progressors. With the help of games, they infected others with their ideas - as a rule, these were managers, scientists, and teachers. They did not hide their desire to influence the decisions of the authorities. The circle was completely open; on the other hand, the special language (the program on which he worked) was understood only by initiates - in some ways, the followers of Georgy Shchedrovitsky resembled a secret society (sometimes direct discussions about the “conceptual elite” appear in their works).

“Civil society is divided into groups of professionals, each of which speaks and should speak its own special language, fenced off from amateurs and chatterboxes with a palisade... of special terms. This is the law of life in a normal civilized society, and there is no need to strive for everyone to understand everything. The specialists who move things forward should understand, no more,” Shchedrovitsky himself explained the development of his own language.

It is possible that Shchedrovitsky’s followers played a role during the perestroika of the 1980s: by that time, thousands of people had gone through the games (more details: https://meduza.io/).

Now the opinion is being expressed that the concept of “sovereign democracy” and the “Russian World” is the product of those who were taught by the “methodologist” and “game specialist” G.P. Shchedrovitsky (1929-1994).

Another proof of the lack of independence - the lack of sovereignty of the “order” of “game methodologists”: G.P. Shchedrovitsky was active in the period from the late 1950s. (main publications from the early 1960s) to 1994, but neither he nor any of his students and successors, based on “methodology,” identified in the global historical process the concept of managing globalization, which has been in effect for many centuries, and did not announce any alternative concept to it.

“The civilizational essence of Rus'-Russia and the Russian version of globalization”

This is an indicator that their “methodology” is a fake, an imitation of a truly workable methodology of cognition and creativity, the purpose of which is to “chatter the topic” and manipulate those who “think” about states and their sequences that others put into their psyche, but who do not shows himself in this kind of edited “films” for those manipulated by them - for the ambitious builders of “orders”.

Members of this circle-order can be characterized as liberal Trotskyists. That is, being essentially unidealized Trotskyists, they are able to adapt to any ideology - in the past Marxism, today - liberalism.

And on the international side, the organizers are already listed as Marxists-Trotskyists.

In general, it is clear that the conflict between two modifications of the Western (biblical) concept was caused initially, and therefore the liberal-bourgeois government would in no way provide an international platform for discussing problems of social justice, which is why the event was relegated to a low-grade event in the style Eurovision and Muz-TV, mixed with “Seliger” and “Territory of Meanings”.

But it would be difficult to expect a discussion of social justice on the merits from the Trotskyist-Marxist branch, since this contradicts the goal of preserving the crowd-“elite” structure of society, and in addition, the language of philosophy and political economy of Marxism is not suitable for identifying and solving problems of society.

"Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy"

The very fact that the “left” festival is held with the money of capitalist corporations, such as Sberbank, Russian Railways, Norilsk Nickel, Renova (full list: http://russia2017.com/) speaks for itself.

The so-called open discussions certainly did not represent a platform for open conversation and development of solutions to society’s problems with subsequent exit and proposal to the president and global structures, both due to their strict moderation and the fact that the participants for the most part were not ready to solve serious problems. problems. There was enough bread and circuses for the crowd - every day they brought various showmen, “celebrities” and politicians.

In principle, the festival did not differ from the description of the planet Tormans by Ivan Efremov in the novel “The Hour of the Bull”:

“Little attention was paid to the achievements of science, the display of art, historical finds and discoveries, which occupied the main place in earthly broadcasts, not to mention the news of the Great Ring, which was completely absent on Tormans. There were no planet-wide discussions about any changes in social order, improvements or projects of large buildings, organizations of large research. No one put forward any questions, posing them, as on Earth, before the Soviets or personally before any of the best minds of humanity.
Very little space was devoted to showing and discussing new problematic theater productions that tried to capture the emerging turns and changes in public consciousness and personal merits. Many films about the bloody past, the conquest (or rather, extermination) of nature and mass sports games took up the most time. It seemed strange to the people of Earth that sports competitions could collect such huge amount spectators not participating in the competitions, who for some reason became incredibly excited from contemplating the athletes’ struggle. Only later did the earthlings understand the essence of the matter. IN sports competitions the performances were carefully selected people who devoted all their time to persistent and stupid training in their sports specialty. There was no place for everyone else in the competition. The physically and spiritually weak Thormancians, like little children, adored their outstanding athletes. It looked funny and even disgusting. Artists occupied a similar position. Out of millions of people, only a few were selected. They were provided with the best living conditions, the right to participate in any productions, films and concerts. Their names served as bait for many spectators who competed for seats in theaters, and these artists themselves, called “stars,” were subjected to the same naive deification as athletes. The position achieved by the “star” deprived her or him of any other activity. Apparently, no other person who managed to independently reach the heights of art, as on Earth, could act as an artist here. In general, the imprint of narrow professionalism lay on Tormans’s entire life, impoverishing people’s feelings and narrowing their horizons.
In television programs and radio information, a lot of attention was paid to a small group of people, their statements and trips, meetings and decisions. The name most often mentioned was Choyo Chagas, whose considerations different topics public life, especially economics, aroused immoderate admiration and were praised as the highest statesmanship. Perhaps, far from the true insight of a genius covering the entire depth and breadth of the problem, the statements of Choyo Chagas were in some way very important for the inhabitants of Tormans? How could the aliens, hovering at an altitude of six thousand kilometers, judge this?..”

The young people who gathered at the festival were instructed not to say a word about politics or sensitive topics. That is, thereby these very young people were pushed away from solving the issues of the future to the “sidelines” of history. And really, who needs thinking youth? Navalny, Zhirinovsky, Zyuganov, Kiriyenko or other pseudo-managers?

IN RUSSIA THE CENTER IS ON THE PERIPHERY (V.O. KLYUCHEVSKY)

"Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy"

The greatest interest at this exhibition was represented by Russian regions, which, although not all were represented - due to the insatiable appetites of the organizers (the bill amounted to millions of rubles) and their own disorganization, nevertheless made a serious contribution to the promotion of Russian culture.

"Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy"

The stands of Russian regions mainly presented some national characteristics, folk art, some achievements of science and technology, famous personalities from the region, or simply served as a gathering place for delegations.

There was a lot of VR (virtual reality) at the festival. Everyone had the opportunity to use virtual reality to walk through the cities of the Russian regions, try themselves as a pilot, or watch presentations of various projects.

OUR PROJECTS

We did not find any meaningful, ideological projects at the festival, so we would like to note the work of the team of the project “Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy”, which was carried out on the basis of the site of the Leningrad region, within the framework of which an alternative globalization project - Russian - was presented. Also express gratitude to the representatives of regions and countries who provided support and worked together with the team at the site of the Leningrad region.

At the festival, the Resource Center team distributed a brochure that outlined the vision of global processes and the place of the Russian version of globalization in them. The brochure can be downloaded here: http://upravolenie.ru/

Its essence lies in the transition of global civilization to a culture of harmonious relationships between social groups and peoples based on the moral and ethical unity of all Mankind, as well as ensuring life human civilization master of the Earth's biosphere and Space. Thus, Humanity will move from the Era of a Disunited World into new era of its development - the Era of world reunification, as our great compatriot Ivan Antonovich Efremov wrote about it in the novel “The Hour of the Bull”.

All people of planet Earth must become accomplished people capable of ideas, that is, they must become carriers of such a structure of their psyche, in which behavior is volitionally subordinated to conscience. Mastery of dialectics as the art of identifying and resolving various types of uncertainties by asking leading questions will become mandatory. This requires a policy of universal education and protection of younger generations from corruption by the vices of historically established cultures.

The Resource Center team presented several projects: “Educational Center of the Future”, “Ready for Work and Management!”, “Noopolis”, “Health-Saving Technologies”, “Information and Analytical Center” and the “New Youth Policy” movement.

"Educational Center of the Future"

Today in a rapidly changing information conditions The demand from society for obtaining managerially significant information (methodology) has sharply increased. For this reason, it is planned to launch a remote and full-time center with branches for training management and teaching personnel in the Leningrad region and the Republic of Dagestan. For details, see the brochure on the website: http://upravolenie.ru/2017/11/vfms-2017/

“Ready for work and management!”

As part of the project “Ready for work and management!” badges are issued to those who know the “Sufficiently General Theory of Management” and know how to apply it in practice.

Indeed, the country whose population masters the most universal theory of management and increases the level of management literacy will have maximum sovereignty and become a leader in the development of mankind.

"Resource Center for the Development of Management Literacy"

"Health-saving technologies"

Project for the promotion and implementation of health-preserving technologies in the education system, in the workplace and in everyday life by V.F. Bazarny.

The basis of this system is the translation of the ergonomics of the educational process in educational institutions, as well as a number of professions accompanied by immobility against the background of visual and neuropsychic stress, into a natural basis that provides the opportunity directly in the process of work to maintain small forms of motor activity, taking into account the requirements of the human body.

This is the only officially certified and truly effective system that preserves the health of schoolchildren during many years of study in limited space.

“Noopolis is a continuous city-territory of the future”

Noopolis is a continuous city - a biosphere shell of the Earth evenly developed by man, consisting of residential modules in which human activity is concentrated, and vast territories in which the prosperity of the planet's biocenoses is preserved or recreated. All modules are interconnected into a single transport, information and computing network. This will make it possible to make maximum use of their potential in economic, scientific and nature-forming activities.

"Information and Analytical Center"

The center analyzes problems and trends in the world, country and regions; development of solutions; information and educational activities; provision of various information, consulting, expert and social services.

Materials on a wide variety of topics are regularly published.

The center is open for cooperation with all citizens, interested structures and organizations. IAC website inance.ru

"New youth policy"

The movement unites the intellectual youth of Eurasia and the world. It opens up opportunities for personal growth for young people in the region. By organizing conferences, round tables, and meetings of young professionals, the “New Youth Policy” helps deep integration of the cultures of the region.

The main thing, as we believe, is for the participants in the movement to systematically, gradually increase results and success in achieving these goals.

Interviews with festival participants about management

Our team conducted more than 70 interviews with festival participants in the form of a quick survey about management on the following five questions:

  1. In your opinion, what is management?
  2. How do you evaluate the phrase of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Moiseev: “A scoundrel, a scoundrel, ... a careerist can sit at the top, but if he smart man, then he has already been forgiven a lot, because he will understand that what he is doing is needed by the country”?
  3. Do you think everyone should be management literate?
  4. Should Management Theory be introduced as a subject in school?
  5. What would you wish for the youth of the future?

You can leave your answers to these questions in the survey at the link: https://docs.google.com/

Then we will compare the quality of responses from WFMS 2017 participants and our readers.

Leaders of Russia

The stand of the new project “Leaders of Russia” was presented at the festival. This is how they describe it on the website (leaders of Russia.rf):

“Leaders of Russia” is an open competition for leaders of the new generation. Challenge thousands of managers and join the community of leaders who will determine the future of Russia. Participation in the competition is free."

Why did another project in the field of personnel policy appear? What is this—a recognition of the lack of a holistic concept of personnel policy, confirmation that the “elite” is formed according to special rules, or a one-time project within the framework of the election campaign?

Any idea that provides opportunities for talented and competent people to rise to the top is a good idea. The problem is in the implementation. After all, there have already been personnel projects. There is also a “presidential thousand”, there is a “Professional team of the country”, etc. For recent years We have heard more than once about the launch of new personnel projects. But as a result of their implementation, only a lot of questions arose, and not an actual personnel reserve.

As for the “Leaders of Russia” project, it is important that the winners of this personnel selection are truly high-quality managers and are in demand. So that personnel policy is governed not by nepotism and cronyism, but by professional competencies. As a result of this selection, they should receive real places that they deserve. And so that everything does not turn into another “campaign” for the presidential elections.

Therefore, we consider it obligatory for all conscientious citizens who meet the formal selection criteria to apply for the competition and participate in it, if only to show those in power that the people have potential that needs to be harnessed, otherwise there will be no good in such power doesn't wait.

Apply for this competition on the leaderrossiya.rf website. The more of us, the better!

CONCLUSION

Thus, the festival did not become a useless event. In general, searching and thinking participants had the opportunity to find an alternative and become familiar with it when discrimination was present.

The World Festival of Youth and Students 2017 is an event on a planetary scale, the potential of which has not been fully exploited.

On the one side, for fear of appearing “different,” the organizers did not put forward any global agenda for this Festival, although they could not put forward one, since they do not have one. Russia was presented to festival participants as a technologically advanced country with many diverse regions, but nothing more.

On the other side, if we imagine for a second that such a global agenda would be presented at the festival, then the question arises of staffing its presentation for foreign participants. How many young people today can outline the contents of at least the article “The civilizational essence of Rus'-Russia and the Russian version of globalization”? How many people can do this in English?

On the website of our partners “New Youth Policy” there is a translation of this article “Russian Conception of Globalization - Sustainable Development of Humanity or another Alternative to Western Globalization? ", and there are only about 7 thousand views.

Question: Where is the footage that could show the world the New Global Agenda? They simply don't exist!

As part of the festival, about 800 people were familiarized with the “Ready for Labor and Management” project and a summary of the “Russian Globalization Project” (700 brochures were distributed and more than 100 conversations were held), which is no more than 3% of the total number of festival participants (30 thousand). In the country, the statistics may be a little bit better - 7-9% percent are covered by this information (among young people it is a little higher - 10 percent). But, if you evaluate the ability to present the Russian version of globalization in other languages, then it is unlikely that even 1% of the Russian population will be able to do so.

In conditions of such a shortage of personnel and a lack of understanding among young people of the importance of management literacy issues, such small results are already an achievement.

These are the feelings and impressions we got from participating in the World Festival of Youth and Students 2017. The potential of the event is great, but not fully exploited. When will we have the Festival next? Maybe in 2037? It will be the centenary of the famous events of the mid-20th century.

What might be presented at such festivals in the future? The real future of humanity? Maybe, who knows...

50 thousand participants from 180 countries came to Russia for the world festival of youth and students

On Sunday, the World Festival of Youth and Students was launched in Sochi. Instead of the announced 20 thousand participants, the organizers expect 50 thousand young people from 180 countries to come to Russia.

The opening ceremony of the festival took place at the Bolshoi Ice Palace. President Vladimir Putin opened the festival and then had tea with the participants.

“Seven decades ago the first festival took place. Then young boys and girls like you were united by the power of dreams, the belief that youth, their sincerity and kindness can melt the ice of mistrust and help rid the world of injustice, wars and conflicts,” - said the president. Then the youth proved that “barriers are powerless in the face of true friendship, and the warmth of human communication does not depend on political, national, religious, cultural and any other differences,” he recalled.

The President of Russia called on young people to strive to change the world, make it better

"Our country is proud that it has already hosted twice world holiday youth," Putin continued. "Sochi is a city of Olympic brotherhood and hope. The five rings, like the five petals of the festival daisy, have become a symbol of solidarity across all continents,” he said.

“I am convinced that you - the youth of different countries, nationalities, religions - are united by common feelings, values and goals, the desire for freedom, happiness, peace and harmony on the planet, the desire to create, to achieve more,” Putin said. “And we will do everything to help you succeed." "The energy and talent of youth have amazing power. The younger generation always brings innovative ideas into the world. You tend to experiment, argue, and disagree with the usual way of things. Dare. Create your future. Strive to change this world, make it better. Everything is in yours strength. The main thing is to persistently move forward,” the head of state gave advice.

IN bon voyage! - he wished the youth.

After the opening ceremony, Vladimir Putin met with participants from different countries over a cup of tea. “When you work and live for the benefit of others, it always comes back a hundredfold,” said the head of state. “It always helps you, lifts you, develops you.” “I would really like you to have new ideas that would allow you to move forward,” he added. Putin noted that Russia is “a real fusion of cultures, history, religion, living together within a single state.” And she was always very tolerant.

Young people from different countries were invited to the meeting. The youngest were born in 1994, the oldest, an ecologist from India, was born in 1975. “I collect garbage from the ocean,” he said. “Before, as a child, I put my hand in the ocean and didn’t see it: the water was so dirty!.. I want my whole country to be clean,” he worried.

We have very warm relations with India. And I have very good relations with the Prime Minister of India... You will definitely find an ally in him,” Putin assured. According to him, switching to environmentally friendly technologies is not always easy - not all developing countries have the means to do this. “In addition, it is necessary to force industry to switch to these new technologies,” the president said. “Ultimately, the future, of course, lies in progress,” concluded the head of state. Putin agreed that plastic in the ocean is big problem. Here, perhaps, a legal solution is needed, he did not rule out: preferential conditions for cleaning the ocean.

The President has already met Russian scientist Artem Oganov. “I thought I would live in the West all my life, the West was kind to me,” he began. But then, thanks to mega-grants, he came to Russia for several months, and stayed here, and even became the father of many children. “Colleagues in the West ask how it is in Russia?... Maybe I should return too?” - he relayed the conversations. “It’s great that you found yourself. It’s not that easy,” Putin commented. “Russia is interested in the return of those who have really made it and can really work here effectively, not all of them,” he said. “From the point of view of the civil component, we are interested in all our citizens coming here. But from the point of view of the development of science, we need those who can move it forward."

The conversation also turned to geopolitics. French political scientist Nicolas Charras spoke about prejudices in the West towards Russia. “There are more and more immigrants in the United States and the white Christian population is already in the minority. Already less than 50 percent,” Putin noted. “Very serious global changes are taking place in the world.” The President called not to divide into national apartments, but to look at how to build a common future.

“We need to stop looking at each other as rivals... We need to strive to look at each other as partners,” the head of state said, speaking with a teacher from the United States, who, it must be said, thought along similar lines. “And instead of cooperating, we spend resources on unimportant things, on competition,” with regret. “This may be a utopia, of course - all of nature is permeated with the spirit of competition and the whole of society - but, in any case, we must strive so that it does not go into a hot stage, hostility, and especially war,” he concluded.

The President considers it important to preserve cultural and linguistic unity Russian state, which will benefit not only the country itself, but also the world as a whole. “Russia is a Eurasian space, but from the point of view of culture, language, history of the people living on this territory, it is a European space, it is inhabited by bearers of this culture,” Putin explained. “In order for us to remain as a significant center in the world, we need to preserve all this,” the president is convinced.

Our country hosted the festival twice - in 1957 and 1985. But in Soviet times, all events took place exclusively in Moscow. This time, participants were met in 15 regions of Russia - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. In Moscow, a carnival procession of 35 thousand Russian and foreign students started on Saturday from Vasilyevsky Spusk. Multi-colored columns stretching for 8 kilometers along the Kremlin, Prechistenskaya, Frunzenskaya and Luzhnetskaya embankments were greeted by Muscovites. Along the way, young foreigners admitted to journalists that they had already fallen in love with Moscow and Russia, and perceived the procession as a bright event in their lives.

In the Novosibirsk metro museum train, for the opening of the Sochi festival, an exhibition “We live by the dream of peace” was assembled. On the walls of the carriage is the entire history of the festival movement over 70 years: photographs, notes, documents, memories of participants and other materials dedicated to previous festivals of youth and students.

About 100 people from the countries of South America, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. Among them are teachers, engineers, doctors, educators and even the Prince of Bahrain - Ahmed Ali Abdullah Mohammed Ali.

During the flight from Moscow, a cardiac surgeon from Tajikistan, Khayem Makhmudov, distinguished himself by providing first aid to an unconscious elderly passenger who became ill during the flight, and the flight attendants hesitated. Then a young doctor came to the rescue.

Festival participants visited 15 regions of Russia - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok

“The patient has diabetes mellitus. I assume that his blood sugar level has dropped, which is why his blood pressure has dropped sharply. The flight attendants and I provided the passenger with first aid, brought him to consciousness, stabilized his blood pressure, and then provided psychological support until landing.” , - said Hayem.

50 young people from Germany, Indonesia, Great Britain, Australia and other countries arrived in Sevastopol to participate in the regional program of the festival of youth and students. Most of them are in Russia for the first time. "We hear a lot different stories about Crimea and Russia from the mass media,” James Wark from British Newcastle, a Cambridge student and future engineer, told RG. - But I know that Russia and the West have different points of view, so I came to see everything with my own eyes. I really like it in Crimea, I feel protected. The people here are nice and friendly."

"I was very surprised by this beautiful city by the sea, with rich history, shares student from Paris Emilie Emiraud. - I see people living here peacefully, I don’t feel any conflict. There are absolutely none of the negative things that are said about Crimea in France.”

The World Festival of Youth and Students is a unique platform where young people from around the world jointly develop an image of the future of the entire Earth.

The issue of holding a major meeting of youth representatives from all over the world was first discussed at the World Youth Conference in London (Great Britain) in 1945, where the creation of the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFYD) was announced.

The creation of the WFDY was followed by the establishment of the International Union of Students (ISU) in Prague (Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic) in August 1946.

During the joint activities of the MSU and the WFDY in 1947, the organizations made a historic decision to hold the First World Festival of Youth and Students.

The I World Festival of Youth and Students (WFYS) was held from July 25 to August 16, 1947 in Prague (Czechoslovakia). The II WFMS took place in 1949 in Budapest (Hungary); III VFMS - in 1951 in Berlin (GDR), IV - in 1953 in Bucharest (Romania); V - in 1955 in Warsaw (Poland); VI - in 1957 in Moscow (USSR); VII - in 1959 in Vienna (Austria); VIII - in 1962 in Helsinki (Finland); IX - in 1968 in Sofia (Bulgaria); X - in 1973 in Berlin (GDR); XI - in 1978 in Havana (Cuba); XII - in 1985 in Moscow (USSR); XIII - in 1989 in Pyongyang (DPRK); XIV - in 1997 in Havana (Cuba).

The festival was also hosted by Algeria (XV WFMS, 2001), Venezuela (XVI WFMS, 2005), South Africa (XVII WFMS, 2010) and Ecuador (XVIII WFMS, 2013).

Moscow has twice hosted the World Festival of Youth and Students. The 1957 festival was attended by 34 thousand people. Under the slogan “For Peace and Friendship,” it united young representatives from 131 countries. The Moscow festival became one of the largest cultural and political events of several post-war decades.

The 1985 festival, held under the slogan “For anti-imperialist solidarity, peace and friendship,” was attended by 26 thousand young people. At 15 specialized platforms they discussed various problems - from disarmament and interethnic to economic and environmental. This festival has become the most representative in terms of the diversity of political and public organizations and their concepts.

The festival is organized by its founder, the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFYD) and the National Preparatory Committee of the host country.

The decision to hold WFYS 2017 was made on February 7, 2016 by the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFYD) and international student organizations.

The slogan of the festival: “For peace, solidarity and social justice, we fight against imperialism - by respecting our past, we are building our future!”

The start of the WFMS 2017 will be given by the International Student Parade on October 14 in Moscow. Key events will be held from October 14 to 22, 2017 in the Sochi Olympic Park.

The Festival program consists of a discussion program, a campus (a common space for participants in all thematic areas of the program, combining educational, educational and leisure activities) and a series of scientific, educational and educational events, including panel discussions, lectures, conferences, master classes and workshops.

For the first time in the history of the festival movement, the entire country will be involved in the grandiose youth festival. As part of the festival, from October 14 to 17, 2017, a regional program is planned for more than 1.5 thousand foreign participants. In the first three days of their stay in Russia they will visit 15 different regions of the Russian Federation and
