It took me more than a year to do this! The meeting turned out to be very pleasant: on March 11, Anya and Sergei had their first wedding anniversary. And in addition, the film “After You” directed by Anna Matison with Bezrukov in the title role is being released in wide release

Anya, Seryozha, I’m glad that we finally met not only for private communication. You are surprisingly harmonious and dynamic in your creative union, you have a daughter. Let's talk about all this.

Sergey: Vadik, I really want to leave the most beautiful words about our relationship behind the scenes. Because when everything is on display, wide open, I really don’t like it. I didn’t like it before, and even more so now. Sometimes you read your various interviews and think: “Lord, how much stupidity there is in them, how much childishness and nonsense there is in them!” I am 43 years old, I can already understand something important about myself and

think about the future. That's it.

I agree with you. But Anya is younger, and she has not yet had time to taste all this flair of public attention.

Anna: Well, Vadik, you know that at one time, when Satisfaction was shown at Kinotavr ( joint film Anna Matison and Evgeniy Grishkovets. - Note OK!), I had every chance to go down the “glossy” road. I received a lot of tempting offers. But as Zhenya Grishkovets said then, “the most difficult thing is to give up everything, and for you this will be the only right path.” Because it is very easy to become a hostage to the image, and you will be forced to make a movie, even if there is no material that will truly captivate you. This “should” will weigh over you like the sword of Damocles, which is ready to fall at any moment. And you will always worry about the fact that you won’t be published in one magazine and they won’t talk about you in the next program, and so on.

I remember at Kinotavr they immediately offered me several scripts, and I politely refused. I thought that it would be better to shoot what interests me - documentaries about classical music. Yes, my audience will be narrowed to three percent of the country's population, but I will do what I believe in and what I consider important to me. And my “other” time will come if necessary.

This “different” time came when you shot the film “Milky Way” with Sergei Bezrukov in the title role. I know that at first you didn’t want to offer the main role to Seryozha, because you didn’t suspect him of interest in roles outside the established image of a glossy hero, but everything changed when you saw him on stage in the role of Chichikov in “The Adventure.”

A.: That's for sure. And as for my stereotypical perception of Sergei... It’s all the fault of the yellow media, which exploited Seryozha mercilessly. Now I already know the price of all this. For example, I once saw myself and Seryozha on the cover of a magazine for which we had never posed. Or I read an interview in the press that I didn’t give, and here are comments from my non-existent friends from the journalism department, where I never studied, and so on.

Creating a fake story is not that difficult. Especially when we're talking about O famous actor and a new turn in his personal destiny. But your case is special, and only the “secular” component is not enough. After all, thanks to director Matison, actor Bezrukov got the opportunity to reveal himself in a new way, and in cinema this happens quite rarely, since here they like to use an already established image.

S.: You're right, Vadik. Cinema is mainly about exploitation of roles, of course. I think that every actor has this problem: they start to replicate him. This happened to me after “Brigade”. Although in fact I still have a very good attitude towards the character Sasha Bely: it was great to play “ godfather»! ( Smiles.) But that was fifteen years ago. And I immediately liked Anya’s proposal. "The Milky Way" is a good New Year's story. I felt that there was no need to play anything heroic there. An ordinary simple person with his own emotional experiences - this seemed new and interesting to me.

You were invited to “Milky Way” literally a few days before filming began. But you have a crazy schedule, planned out months in advance. And here it was necessary, as they say, to jump into the last carriage.

S.: At that moment I suddenly had free time. It so happened that just then I refused to film Viking.

I didn't know that you participated in the casting of Viking.

S.: I auditioned for the role of Varyazhko, which was eventually played by Igor Petrenko. There were long tests, very long ones. But director Andrei Kravchuk had a different vision of the image.

By the way, by the time the filming of “Milky Way” began, you and Anya already knew each other? After all, Anya wrote the script for “Yolki.”

A.: I read somewhere that we met at Yolki, but this is not so. As a rule, a screenwriter and an actor do not meet, since the screenwriter most often finishes his work before the actor appears.

S.: By the way, only later I found out that Anya filmed “Satisfaction” together with Grishkovets. I have seen this film before and liked it. Although, of course, then I paid attention first of all to the surname Grishkovets and remembered the excellent acting work Denis Burgazliev, with whom we studied at the Moscow Art Theater School at the same time.

Filming of "Milky Way" has ended...

A.: ... and I said: “Goodbye, Sergey Vitalievich!” It was on Olkhon Island, where the final location shooting took place.

Just like this: Sergey Vitalievich?!

A.: No, perhaps, Sergey, but definitely on you.

S.: And I was on friendly terms with Anya. At least because of my age, because I’m still older. Elders have the right to say “you”. I was actually sad that filming ended. There was a wonderful team there, there was a very good atmosphere - everyone was focused on results. After all, it often happens that on the set someone gets out of the team: for example, the cameraman quarrels with the lighting designer or with someone from the production department, and immediately negative things happen. And such a friendly company has gathered here good people.

Anya always achieved what she wanted on set, and this means that the director is a person, and not just an executor of will famous actor. I remember that I myself advised her on something, offered some ideas for the script, and she agreed only if it sounded convincing.

When did the “you-you” situation change?

A.: By the end of filming “The Milky Way,” we had two new scripts ready, written “for Seryozha.” That is, it was such an emotional creative outburst! We talked a lot about what would be interesting for him to play, what roles were not played. For example, we are talking about “Anna Karenina”, Seryozha immediately takes and plays some episode - and Vronsky is already in front of you! So one idea arose, a second, a third... And when I saw Seryozha in the play “The Adventure” that you mentioned, I was shocked by his plasticity, his ability to hear music. Once I talked with Maya Mikhailovna Plisetskaya and asked her which partners were best for her to dance with. She replied: “With those who hear music.” It turns out that even at her level, it happens that they don’t hear. So, Seryozha heard everything. After “The Adventure” I went up to Seryozha, he was all like... well, like ballet ones look: transparent, porcelain, minus a few kilograms. And the next morning I had the idea for the film “After You,” and I immediately told it to Seryozha.

Time flies quickly, and now the film “After You” is coming out. Sergei played in this film a former ballet dancer, a man with a burned soul, restless, who had lost touch with the outside world.

S.: For me this is very interesting image. My hero Temnikov has steel armor, but is terribly vulnerable inside. Due to its complex nature he sets himself more and more obstacles. The hero is taciturn, silent, all emotions are hidden from others. At the same time, he has a very ironic and quick mind, which allows him to tell the whole story with a bit of humor.

The film “After You” was very well received at Kinotavr (I am a witness to this), then at the Tokyo International Film Festival. I wish your film a successful distribution fate!

S.: We wish this for ourselves too. Although we don’t understand at all whether those who will definitely like this movie go to cinemas now. I mean, young people, of course, I hope, will like it: it’s very cool hero, a truly fashionable film, was at festivals. But big question, but will older people be able to put aside their usual activities - it would be great for them to watch such a movie! I really hope for word of mouth. I hope people will tell each other! I hope that now they will read my words and at least watch the trailer on the Internet, and then, lo and behold, they will make it to the cinema.

I'd like to believe it. Now about something else. I remember the time when Anya, very young, had just arrived in Moscow from Irkutsk. And it so happened that she rented an apartment from my brother (our mutual friends contributed). This was about thirteen years ago.

A.: By the way, about gloss. The local newspaper immediately suggested that I write an article entitled “An Irkutsk woman lives with Vernik.” I said: “Cool! But only when you are interested in what I do, and not where I live, we will talk.” Then, by the way, indeed, if something appeared in the press about me, it was only related to my work - this is generally the only thing I would like to talk about with journalists.

But you and I, Anechka, have a different relationship, so I will continue. Fine?

A.: Okay. ( Smiles.)

Here's a touch. The first thing that appeared in the apartment after you moved in were flowers in pots. It seems you even brought them with you.

A.: Yes, yes, it was important for me to immediately create some kind of my own space, to be at home here.

You came to Moscow with big plans and ambitions, but soon returned to Irkutsk.

A.: I returned to Irkutsk not because I didn’t find myself in Moscow. Family circumstances just happened that way. I needed to be close to my mother and family. And although from the age of twelve I tormented my mother that I would definitely go to Moscow, as you say, I did not give up my ambitions. Returning to Irkutsk, I immediately suggested to Yura Dorokhin and Andrei Zakablukovsky, who taught me everything about the profession and with whom we had our own small film studio: “Let’s make a movie.” We couldn’t shoot a full film, but we made a short film “The Mood Has Improved” based on the texts of Evgeny Grishkovets.

This is a wonderful lyrical movie. Seryozha, have you seen “Mood...”?

S.: Of course.

A.: Soon after we shot this film, I left for Moscow forever.

And why did you “torture” your mother from the age of twelve with statements that you would definitely go to Moscow?

A.: Early on I had a feeling of some kind of vacuum: a terrible shortage of theater, concerts, exhibitions, there is almost no opportunity to travel to Europe due to ticket prices (we still don’t have low-cost airlines). True, at first there were no creative thoughts.

I thought I would be involved in economics: I always liked mathematics, and I was going to move in this direction. But it never seemed to me that I would study economics in Irkutsk. And when I realized that I was interested in creating my own world, and not integrating into an existing one, it became completely obvious: leaving for Moscow was only a matter of time.

I have always liked your integrity of character, Anya. You really did and are doing only what is interesting to you: you made documentary films about musicians with the participation of Denis Matsuev, Konstantin Khabensky in the role of Prokofiev, Valery Gergiev, later you staged an opera at the Mariinsky Theater, now you are completely immersed in feature films...

A.: Listen, Vadik, now it seems that Seryozha lives with such a boy! ( Smiles.)

WITH.: Strong personality- it's always wonderful, it's always great. Outside of work, Anya is a very homely and family person. For example, she is an amazing cook.

Is it true?

S.: The praises of Anechka as a housewife can be sung and sung. Anya and I are very much in tune: we are both domestic, and this is how we like to spend our time.

A.: I have never attended local social events in Irkutsk, much less in Moscow. When I rented an apartment from Igor, I helped him prepare a teleconference for one project and made a video. It was necessary to film a social event there, and I realized that this was absolutely not my thing. Today there is such technology that you can do a lot without leaving your apartment. For example, now I’m editing a film version of the play “Cyrano de Bergerac” with the participation of Seryozha, and I don’t need anyone for this. I sit at home at my laptop and work.

What if the husband wants to rest at this moment?

S.: Anya is installing, I close the door in the office - and I can’t hear anything. Well, what about social life... Everyone has their own passions and preferences, and that's wonderful. It is quite possible that if lovers of this lifestyle were offered our pastime as an alternative, they would say: “What, should you go riding bicycles? To some park?

Are you both such fans of cycling?

S.: Yes. Do you see how cycling Moscow has become?

I can imagine a picture: people are walking through the city center, and Bezrukov and Matison on bicycles meet them. Beautiful!

S.: You don’t have to ride around the center, we have parks, and riding in the forest is a pleasure. As they say, a person who loves bicycles will understand another person who also loves bicycles. Therefore, it can take a long time to describe how amazing it is.

A.: Honestly, I really suffered in Moscow without a bicycle. I left it in Irkutsk to my younger brother. I remember the first time I opened the door of Seryozha’s and my apartment with a key, I immediately understood why he wanted me to come alone. There was a brand new bicycle in the hallway. It was a gift from Seryozha. By the way, he told me a lot about how he loved to travel with the whole family and with his father.

S.: Yes, we rode a lot in my childhood, when we still lived on Kosinskaya Street. Not far from my native Kuskovo, where I practically grew up. My father even took his famous Kama bicycle, which folded, with him on tour. Very convenient: spread it out and ride around the city. So my upbringing was “cycling”, and it was a lucky coincidence that Anechka also loves it - now we can ride together!

Great. Rest is relaxation, but it seems to me that you are both 100% workaholics. Your daughter is only a few months old, and after giving birth Anya almost immediately returned to her favorite pastime - writing scripts, filming...

A.: Well, I have all this combined. Although you know, Vadik, many people almost perceive it as heroic that I am always with Masha, since we do not have a nanny.

Is the absence of a nanny a principled position?

A.: I think many women are ready to be with their newborn child all the time and do not hire a nanny if they can afford to be with him and work at the same time. Our child is not accidental - we wanted him. And since we wanted it, then doing it is a pleasure!

Besides, I don’t think that my mother committed heroism, and she has three children and worked all the time. And Seryozha’s mother worked and took care of him in the same way, and all this was always in the order of things. Seryozha’s dad also worked hard and fully and at the same time took care of Seryozha; he has always been and remains his closest friend. We would like everything to be exactly the same for our daughter.

S.: It is important that the child thinks and speaks like us, and not like the nanny. We want to be friends and authority for our child. To be honest, I don’t always like the way modern children are raised.

A.: I agree. For example, if a person older than me comes up, I will automatically stand up and say hello - this has been ingrained since childhood. If I say hello while sitting, then I am showing basic disrespect. Nowadays children say “hello” and “you” to adults, but I want our daughter to say “hello”, “ Good morning", "Good evening".

We are talking to you, but who is Masha left with?

A.: Seryozha’s parents, Natalya Mikhailovna and Vitaly Sergeevich, are now at home with Masha. Masha was very lucky with her grandparents! For example, Vitaly Sergeevich always walks with her during the day. This simply saves me, because in these three hours I manage to do everything both around the house and at work.

S.: My parents literally disappear into their granddaughter, and it seems to me that this is quite normal.

A.: They are Masha’s main fans. ( Smiles.)

But this is how you can fall in love with a child.

S.: I can say about myself: my parents loved me very much as a child, and now the situation is the same. It’s the same with Anya, but it seems like we turned out to be quite decent people. ( Smiles.)

Right. The film “After You” is being released. What are your joint plans next?

A.: We shot another movie in November, which Seryozha completely produced. It's called "Rogues". We are now finishing the installation.

Wow pace!

S.: This is a movie about two young people. There was a serious casting, they were looking for young heroes. As a result, the main role was played by Denis Nurulin, a good guy, a fourth-year student at Oleg Tabakov’s college. And the second hero is Zhenya Kulik, also a very young actor, incredibly organic. It seems to me that our casting director got acquainted with all the aspiring actors in Moscow and St. Petersburg, visited all theater universities before we made our choice. And I have an episode there, literally three small scenes. I play both the father and uncle of the main character - complete antipodes. I think they turned out to be very comedic characters! Our cinema is in the spirit of the film “I Walk Through Moscow”.

A.: “Youth is happy because it has a future,” Gogol said. And if you believe that everything will be fine, that everything is ahead, then you are still young, regardless of age. We made a movie about exactly this state of mind.

Was your daughter with you on the set?

S.: Yes, she was given her own personal trailer. The film has a very limited budget, and Masha is the only person who had a rider.

This is brilliant! That is, she was born, as circus performers say, in sawdust.

S.: We can probably be attacked now by those who think that there is no need to carry such a small child with them to work, but it seemed to us that transferring her to artificial feeding and separating her from her mother would be much worse, and so she was in comfortable conditions, next to us, and no problems.

Moreover, we built the filming schedule so that Masha would feel good. And they filmed the film in record time, the whole process took less than a month, but post-production and the script were all done at home.

You are still great conspirators! Last spring I was invited to watch the film “After You” immediately after editing was completed. Then we talked for a long time, parted late in the evening, and the next day I unexpectedly received a text message from you, Seryozha, saying that you had just signed. I suggested writing about this news in OK!, and as a result, this was the first press report about your wedding.

S.: Honestly, Vadik, we didn’t want to advertise anything. But as a result, we decided to exclusively tell you about this as our friend, so that the terrible surrogate of rumors and gossip would not spill over into the press. And when Masha was born, I myself wrote about it on Instagram, again to get ahead of the yellow publications.

By the way, I didn’t ask before: was the bride in a white dress with a veil?

A.: Well, we decided not to disclose the details. ( Smiles.) One thing I can say for sure: at that moment we were very happy. We are old enough not to make big statements and at the same time appreciate everything that happens and literally appreciate every day. Thanks to Seryozha... no, I won’t finish the story. Although, under the charm of the fact that I am communicating with you, Vadik, and not with another journalist, I am ready to talk about Seryozha endlessly.

You don’t have to say anything, Anechka, and everything is obvious. Well, dear ones, congratulations on your first wedding anniversary! Love and new creative successes!

S.: Thank you, Vadik. You can see for yourself that everything here is so simple, good and calm, and we have a whole life ahead of us.

The new wife of Sergei Bezrukov. Who is she?
And this is Anna Matison.
Until last summer, only an experienced theater and film connoisseur could say who Anna Matison was.

But after several publications about Sergei Bezrukov, which said that new lover The actor and director may be Anna Matison, her fame began to grow by leaps and bounds.

This was facilitated by a popular photo report in the magazine “7 Days” at the end of 2015 and a glamorous photo shoot by Bezrukov and Matison in the February issue of Elle.

And yesterday within our means mass media The unexpected news struck like a bolt from the blue. Allegedly, on March 11, Sergei Bezrukov and Anna Matison registered their marriage in one of the Moscow registry offices.

The situation is almost like in the legendary comedy film "Caucasian Captivity".

So who is this young woman who brought one of the most eligible bachelors in the artistic community of Russia in less than a year to the wedding crown?

Here short biography Anna Matison or what you can find out about Sergei Bezrukov’s chosen one from the Internet.

Anna Matison is a production director, production designer and costume designer.

Anna Matison was born on July 8, 1983 in Irkutsk. Graduated from the linguistic lyceum. While still studying at Irkutsk State University at the international faculty, she worked on the local TV channel “AIST”; first as a presenter and editor, then as a general producer.

In 2004, Anna Matison and a group of colleagues founded the independent studio REC and served as its director until moving to Moscow in 2008. Most famous work studio became a short film based on the works of Evgeniy Grishkovets “The Mood Has Improved.”

In 2013, Anna Matison graduated from the All-Russian State University of Cinematography. S. A. Gerasimova (workshop of Natalia Ryazantseva). In 2009, as a director and screenwriter, together with Evgeniy Grishkovets, she shot her first full-length film, Satisfaction. The main roles starred Evgeny Grishkovets and Denis Burgazliev. The film was awarded prizes at several festivals.
400 thousand dollars were spent on the production of the film. It collected $506,205 at the box office and was watched by about 80,000 viewers (data from the kinopoisk website).

Cooperation with Evgeniy Grishkovets continued for theater stage: in 2009, their joint play “Home” was released, which is currently being performed at the School modern play, Moscow Art Theater named after. Chekhov and other theaters, and in 2014 - the play "WEEK END", which premiered in November this year at the School of Contemporary Play.

As a screenwriter, Anna Matison took part in the work on the films “Yolki-2”, “Yolki-3”, “Yolki-1914”, and in the latter she was also a creative producer.
From 2009 to 2014, she worked as a director on a number of documentary projects about classical music: “Musician” (about pianist Denis Matsuev), “ Mariinsky Theater and Valery Gergiev”, “Prokofiev: Along the Journey”, “To Be Continued”, “The Thirteenth”, as well as on the opera films “Lefty”, “Semyon Kotko”, “The Trojans”, “Don Quixote”.

In 2015, Anna Matison, as a director, shot the feature comedy film “The Milky Way,” which was released during the New Year holidays of 2016 and which collected about $850 thousand. True, we don’t know how much was spent on the production of this high-quality comedy.

In the New Year's comedy, Anna acted as a screenwriter and director. In the leading role, Matison saw Khabensky or Dyuzhev, but fate had its own way. And it was New Year's miracle, a well-deserved gift, spectacularly presented to a talented director and beautiful woman by her majesty Fate. Sergei Bezrukov’s agreement to play the main role in “The Milky Way” 3 weeks before flying to Lake Baikal, where the filming took place, is a sign from above.

Anna Matison and Konstantin Khabensky had different views on the history of the film “Milky Way”. Matison reworked the script for it several times, and on the advice of the casting director, she invited Sergei Bezrukov to a meeting. Both the script and Anna impressed the actor. Sergei promised to think about it, but knew that he would not agree because his schedule was too busy. But if two are destined to play their roles in life, the earth will spin in reverse side. This is how Anna Matison and Sergei Bezrukov ended up on Lake Baikal.

Local shamans consider Olkhon Island a sacred place where vanity leaves a person, revealing important things to him. All set watched the development of the relationship between Bezrukov and Matison. It was impossible not to notice the special glances of the two - this is how real feelings arise. And the special relationship between director and performer, which always accompanies filming, has nothing to do with it - observers are sure of this.

The couple Bezrukov and Matison actively started talking about after returning to Moscow. Sergei gave out interviews left and right, in which he admired Anna. The actor called her a woman with an amazing sense of taste, proportion and an absolute director's sense of truth.

A few months later, Bezrukov divorced the woman whom he considered an ideal wife. The separation of one of the most beautiful couples fans unanimously connected with Mathison. Some of Sergei’s fans rejoiced, considering Irina Bezrukova to be too strict a wife, while others argued until they were hoarse, claiming that she was more feminine and more beautiful than Anna. Any arguments were used: even age, height and weight were discussed by Matis and Bezrukova by all and sundry. And the loving couple themselves took up a perimeter defense and did not reveal secrets to anyone. But in lately The barricades began to slowly crumble...

Matison and Bezrukov increasingly began to appear in public, not at all embarrassed by curious paparazzi. A touching photo shoot for Elle magazine and Sergei’s revelation about new mutual love added more wood to the fire. No one doubted their feelings anymore, they only wondered about their future wedding and children.

And here is the natural result - March 11 of this year. going to the registry office. Sergei Bezrukov writes on his Instagram: “I still don’t want interference in my personal life, but in order to avoid a huge amount of gossip and rumors, I’m informing you about my new status! Yes! Married!”

Now, in a new capacity, Sergei Bezrukov is completing his participation in the filming of Anna Matison’s next film “After You,” where our hero plays the famous ballet dancer Alexei Temnikov, whose career was interrupted in the nineties due to injury. Twenty years later, Alexey learns that the injury is progressing, and very soon he will not be able to walk, which seems to him tantamount to death. The only chance to leave a memory of yourself is the premiere of the ballet in your own production...

It should be added that Anna Matison in this film is allegedly shooting Sergei Bezrukov’s 5-year-old son, Ivan, from St. Petersburg actress Kristina Smirnova.

Let's wish our heroes creative success and a long and happy family life!

Anna Matison - fast rising star Russian directing and drama. Today Mathison is a popular film director, playwright and screenwriter. Anna wrote scripts for some of the films in the Russian popular comedy franchise “Yolki”, became the director of the films “Milky Way” and. In addition, Anna Matison makes documentaries and produces opera films. For some of her own films, Anna also serves as an editor.

Anna Olegovna Matison was born in Irkutsk in July 1983. Unusual surname Anna raises questions among fans and ill-wishers who are interested in who the director is by nationality. There is a popular theory on the Internet that Anna Matison has Jewish and Ukrainian roots, but the director has not officially commented on this information and has not declared her nationality.

Anna has two brothers - the elder Timofey and the younger Leonid. Her mother Olga Matison is a famous Irkutsk journalist. The daughter followed in her mother’s footsteps and at the age of 17, following an advertisement, she got a job as a freelance correspondent on local television, quite quickly making her way from a simple correspondent to a program broadcasting editor.

In 2004, Anna Matison, together with director and producer Yuri Dorokhin, founded her own production studio “REC.production”, which creates commercial videos, audio and video advertising. Mathison became the main producer and then the director of the television company. By the way, the youngest producer in Russia. And this without interruption from studying at the international faculty of Irkutsk state university, where Anna acquired knowledge in the specialty “Commerce”.

About 70 videos were created at REC.production for major customers such as the Administration Irkutsk region, Transneft, Atomenergomash and many others. On at the moment REC.production continues to be one of the leaders in the regional advertising services market.

Anna Matison is a creative person; she was constrained by the confines of commercial advertising. Already from the first commercials of the production studio, it became clear that Anna wanted to make films rather than advertising. Unfortunately, this was impossible in Irkutsk due to the lack of technical base. That is why in 2008, the fate of Anna Matison took a sharp turn: the young producer moved to the capital and entered the screenwriting department of VGIK, in the workshop of Natalya Ryazantseva, from which she graduated in 2013 with honors.

Movies

A cinematic biography of Anna Matison began in Moscow immediately after moving from Irkutsk in 2008. Matison made her directorial and screenwriting debut in feature films with the short film “The Mood Has Improved,” based on the work of the same name.

Evgeny Grishkovets became interested in the film and its creators and offered Anna Matison cooperation, which later resulted in the creation of the full-length film “Satisfaction.” The script was co-written by the writer himself, who starred in the title role. The film was widely released and participated in the program of the festivals “Kinotavr”, “Moscow Premiere”, “Pacific Meridians”, “St. Anna” and others.

Simultaneously with working on the works of Grishkovets, Matison managed to write scripts for the popular films “Yolki-2”, “Yolki-3”, “Yolki 1914”, “Milky Way”, “Through the Eyes of a Dog”. And in 2013-2014 Anna and her team filmed musical film for children “The Great Adventures of Little Sashka Krapivkin.”

Another significant layer creative biography Anna Mathieson is her work as a documentary filmmaker. In 2011, Channel One showed a full-length documentary"The Musician" is about a pianist.

The joint work of Anna and Evgeniy Grishkovets continues. In 2014, the screenwriter and the writer together wrote the play “Weekend” (“End of the Week”), which is successfully running at the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater in the capital.

Also in 2014, Anna Matison became both the director and editor of three opera films: “Lefty”, “Semyon Kotko” and “The Trojans”. In the same year, the premiere of the comedy “Christmas Trees 1914” took place, another film from the series “Christmas Trees”, based on Anna’s script. In this film, unlike previous films in the franchise, Mathison also played the role of creative producer.

Anna Matison on the set of the film "Milky Way"

On January 1, 2015, the premiere of the film “The Milky Way” took place, written and directed by Mathison. The main roles in the comedy were played by, and. The New Year's film talked about the crisis of relations in the average Russian family. Tired of each other, husband and wife decide to divorce and are going to celebrate together for the last time New Year. During the holiday, strange events begin to occur that force the heroes to reconsider their relationship.

Critics spoke negatively about the film's script. According to reviews, the plot did not develop, the characters grabbed onto script ideas but did not move, and the ending remained unfinished, showing neither reconciliation nor the final divorce of the characters.

Personal life

Recently, the personal life of Anna Matison has been the subject of very close attention from the media. The reason was the relationship between Anna Matison and Sergei Bezrukov, who was still married to him.

They say that the Bezrukov family boat started leaking in 2014, when the ubiquitous journalists tracked down the presence of another family on the side of Bezrukov. The media found out that Sergei has two children, whom the St. Petersburg actress Kristina Smirnova gave birth to. The couple met on the set of the film “Milky Way”.

Anna Matison is a famous Russian director, screenwriter and playwright. Her rapid career growth from a simple journalist to a creator of feature films evokes admiration and respect. At 21, Anna became the youngest producer in Russian history by creating her own production studio, REC production. In 2016, she married the popular Russian actor Sergei Bezrukov and gave birth to his daughter in the same year.

Childhood and adolescence

Anna Matison spent her childhood in Akademgorodok in the city of Irkutsk, where she, her two brothers and her parents huddled together in a tiny one-room apartment. The family lived modestly, but the children always spent a lot of time. Anna's mother, a talented journalist, took her to various clubs and sections, trying to develop her daughter's extraordinary abilities, which began to manifest themselves at an early age.

At the age of 16, young Anya was hired as a freelance correspondent for a local TV channel. The talented girl was completely captivated by the work, although at first she had to carry heavy tripods and twist long wires. However, having delved into the essence of journalistic work, Anna became so passionate about this profession that she began to edit videos with her own stories. You could say this was her first directorial experience. The girl successfully combined her work on television with her studies at the international faculty of Irkutsk State University.

In 2004, together with director Yuri Dorokhin, she organized the creative studio REC production. The company specialized in creating advertising video and audio products and in 4 years became one of the largest in eastern Siberia in this segment. By the way, I started with this type of activity creative career and the eminent director Fyodor Bondarchuk.

Soon Anna became cramped within the framework of commercial projects, she wanted to do real cinema. In 2008, she tried her hand as a director, making a short film based on the work of Evgeniy Grishkovets “The Mood Has Improved.” The master liked the work, and from that moment their further cooperation began.

Director's career

In 2008, Anna moved to Moscow and entered the screenwriting department of VGIK, from which she graduated in 2013 with honors. During her studies, she met Timur Ezugbaia, who later became her constant collaborator. At this time, a huge number of scripts were written, which formed the basis for her further work in cinema.

Already in the first year, in collaboration with Evgeniy Grishkovets, the full-length film “Satisfaction” was shot, in which the writer himself played the main role. The film was released with great success in the country in 2010. This was followed by a number of works co-authored with Evgeniy: the documentary film “Without a Script”, the audio play “Rivers”, the theatrical plays “Home” and “Weekend”.

In addition, Anna loudly declared herself as a documentary director. She became the author of wonderful films about the outstanding pianist of our time Denis Matsuev - “Orchestra Rehearsal” and “The Musician”. Both works were highly appreciated by the maestro himself.

In 2012-13, she created three films about the Mariinsky Theater and its brilliant conductor Valery Gergiev. Particularly worth noting is the work on the life and work of composer Sergei Prokofiev, “During the Journey.” The film was created based on the musician's diaries, and the role of Prokofiev in it was played by Konstantin Khabensky.

Anna wrote the script for the popular series of New Year's films "Yolki" (with the exception of the first part). In 2013-14, she tried herself in musical cinema, filming children's musical"The Adventures of Little Sashka Krapivkin."

The idea to invite Sergei to the main role did not come to Anna right away. At first she saw Konstantin Khabensky at this place, with whom negotiations were even conducted. But their creative views did not coincide, and Matison at the last moment approved Bezrukov for this role.

And I was not mistaken - Sergei coped with the task perfectly, and the magical atmosphere of the surroundings of Lake Baikal, where the main filming took place, contributed to the emergence of love story director and actor. Upon arrival in Moscow, Bezrukov broke up with his wife Irina Bezrukova, and on March 11, 2016, the lovers legalized their relationship.
